Join us in cultivating success on Canadian soil while embarking on your journey to a brighter future! • Manage the overall operations of a farm, ranch • Determine the amount and kinds of crops to be grown and livestock to be raised • Farming grains • Organize and co-ordinate planting, cultivating and crop harvesting activities; • Raising and breeding of livestock • Hire and manage farm personnel • Establish a marketing program • Develop and keep financial and production records • Maintain and operate farm machinery and equipment • Maintain buildings • Perform farming duties • May collect data and use digital technology tools and equipment to enhance the sustainability of the farm. • Other duties that apply
• Punctual • Attention to detail • Able to work long hours • Ability to lift 100lbs • Experience driving farm machinery • Experience calving and lambing • Great attitude and common sense • A driver’s licence is an asset • Willing to work evenings and weekends as required The ideal candidate for this Farm Manager role will bring strong leadership skills, a passion for agriculture and livestock management the ability to oversee farm operations effectively.
