Job Description

Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods as per order Prepare and cook special meals for people with allergies Follow kitchen manager recipe chart for food consistency. Supervise kitchen helpers Oversee kitchen operations while on shift Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment Keep clean kitchen and work area Keep continuous size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies Train kitchen staff and transfer

Education & Experience

Positive attitude Punctual Attention to detail Good record keeping ability able to stand for long periods of time able to lift 50 Lbs repeated as required throughout the day Able to work shift work, evenings and weekends Actively participate in sharing possible improvements
