Job Description

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials Install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems Install exterior grade doors and windows. Minimum of 6 years framing experience. Must know how to work at heights and have fall protection experience. Supervise apprentices and other construction workers

Education & Experience

Lift minimum of 50 pounds Team player Organized Accurate Fall arrest safety certification preferred Ability and experience using pneumatic tools
